Ordering Information
Order directly from Interfacial Dynamics Corporation. Most of the products listed in this brochure are available for immediate off-the-shelf delivery by your method of choice, such as Federal Express or UPS. Handling and shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. For fast delivery, please fax your purchase order. Orders received after 11:00am Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. Rush orders may be subject to an additional charge. International orders received by fax will be shipped within 24 hours by any method requested. We reserve the right to revise our specifications or prices without notice.
We ship our latexes in Nalgene plastic bottles in sizes depending on the volume ordered and our customer's instructions. With each product we supply a Certificate of Analysis stating the product number, batch number, full name, and all applicable characterization data. A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is also included. Up to 1 lb is $35 anywhere in the Continental US. Call, fax, or email for specific International Shipping rates.
International Orders
IDC will ship directly to your laboratory in any country in the world. Just mail, e-mail, fax or telephone your order to us. Shipping is by Federal Express or United Parcel Service. Handling and shipping charges and prepaid and added to the invoice.
Claims and Returns
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, report damage to the carrier immediately, request that the shipment be inspected by a carrier representative. Keep all containers and packing materials. Inform IDC of the facts prior to return shipment so that your request can be handled in the most efficient manner.
